Working closely with the local financial institutions to make sure the rates, terms and conditions are attractive and affordable to our homebuyers is a priority for the Columbia Housing Development Corporation (CHDC).  Partnering with financial institutions has allowed us to make available attractive financing packages that are second to none.  Current projects such as "Edgewood Place" are benefiting from the close relationships CHDC has developed with local financial instituions.
